Dori Hess of GlenOak High School was one of the teachers who received supplies through Feed the World’s matching grant program. Hess selected a fermentation kit and a DNA extraction kit.
“My IB students are preparing several different mashes to see which ones produce the most alcohol,” said Hess. “They love our new lab equipment!”
